Hello all,

I got PT from Ontario mid December and i'm about to send in my application.

However, I have a couple of questions.

For my PoF, I have a couple of people owing me cash lately who are willing to pay up around this period. How will the influx of these payments ( nothing more than 200-250k from like 3-4 people), not look suspicious.

Also, do I need to get a letter of reference from GTB as well as a 6 months statement of balance or just a 6 month statement of balance will do.

For proof of ties, how do I go about this? I have an ex-colleague who is also a close friend there.

Finally does anyone know of any ongoing provincial nomination program asides from quebec (it's been a nightmare registering on their site since it launched)? I'd like to explore that as another option.

I would really appreciate detailed responses to my questions. Thank you all. E gobetter o!

if the processing time is taking more time than necessary , i fink your apps is most probably at Ottawa.

my good friend got his visa already, we applied 3-4 of nov...but am still in the dark : : :.

Well done house. Is there anybody that has made any form of enquiry from AVO regarding application status? Please share it because it appears AVO processing is very slow.

Try and get the reference letter from GTB in addition to the 6months statements.
If possible, do without the sudden cash inflow. If you can't i would advise you get a single payment from a family member, add gift deed and write LOE. You need to be spot on for PoF.
SINP will surely reopen, but can't say how soon. Keep an eye on it.

but there is also no way to prove that his PR wasn't processed in Ottawa and sent to AVO for issuance.

Please can anyone give an advice on this issue. When I previously applied for EE I was told am ineligible because I did not have 6 in each of my ielts component. However, now I have re taken my ielts and obtained a better result then I applied it still says am ineligible. What can I do?

Did you score 67 points on FSW grid?
