......probably they would have longer mission duration for the next mission to Burkina or issue csq.

As per Accra, no info.

I am wondering why they are not doing skype interview or phone interview ....

Docs can't be verify is they do skype or phone interview...
Most of the reasons for interview is verification...

The thing is becoming scary...

Goodday house, pls has anybody heard from quebec, i submited my application in July 2012 and i was sent AOR from them, and ever since then, i havnt heard from them again, but i heard a russian lady took the govt of quebec to court, cos of the changes they want to put on ground that will affect our application, and the lady won the case, and so they decided to process all application they received from Feb 2012 to April 2013, soo just to know if anyone have be contacted yet.

I got a response from them on June 23rd asking me to resubmit evidence of tax remittance. I've been going up and down to get this from LIRS. Did anybody get any message from them?

It is going to be tough because even over there in Quebec, over 85% of them speaks purely french language.

You really have to know your level to choose Quebec. People usually think that Quebec immigration is easy or landing there without good knowledge of french language is easy. It is not. You need advanced intermediate french language to survive there. If you think from all that i have said you cannot make it and it seems all other provinces have closed, wait till January,2016. All you have to do is to know what it requires to apply to any of your prefered province and get them ready before 1st of January,2016.

Yes I did. You will go to LIRS Office at the good shepherd house. That was where I got mine. Its a lot of stress but easier if you have a tax card and if your employer has been remitting faithfully. When you get to LIRS, request to be directed to the Director of Personal Income Tax. Go with an application letter. They know what to do.
