I think it's from the Niagara falls office. I told them that I need the certificate to be sent urgently because I need to travel. In the reply to the email they sent after oath, I also specified that I need the certificate urgently.

I was thinking they were working on oaths from people who submitted in 2019. Basing this on the comment Emenaik007 posted yesterday (that he/she received his certificate). However, your post makes me hopeful that despite the fact it is not a oath invite it is at least good news as they seem to be working towards the end of Feb already. That is a good observation. Yes they seem to be processing Feb applications until DM. Hope we all get some oath dates soon. It is never too early.
I have not been getting any updates for the Physical presence and Prohibitions since Oct. 27 when language skills were marked completed. should I email them or something?
