Also did the ceremony today and it went well. I'm guessing you didn't use your seat number as your zoom ID that's why uou werent allowed in. You are supposed to enter the your assigned seat number as your name zoom.

If there are 2 people taking oath, do you add both seat numbers or any one and later give both in breakout room?

Im sure how that works as I did not get to go into the breakout room. However if your application was together then you will use one device and do only one sign in

You all sign in with one device and add the seat numbers of everyone. That's what I saw today. The event coordinator will advise you guys before ceremony.

You have to enter seat nos comma separated. For e.g. 45,46,47
