Hi everyone,

Is there a phone number I can call for the status of my application? I tried IRCC and they say they don't redirect the call to an operator and just apologize. Enough apologies I need an answer!

It takes multiple attempts before you can get through best time to call them is 8 am or around 3 pm your local time
Tip: Do not enter the UCI# when you prompted too

I am the same situation as you. I applied for urgent ceremony and I was told the Niagara office is scheduling me for ceremony, but no scheduling yet. Can you please give me the Niagara office email address? I need to submit some new documents to them.

I am also looking for a way to get a response from IRCC, please let me know too if you find anything

When I tried to expedite citizenship application process earlier in June with SCR they promptly replied...

Citizenship applications entails several stages and the knowledge test is just one of these stages and there is no decision rendered on your applications at this time. We will NOT expedite any ceremonies for pending applications. In addition, you are in possession of a valid PR Card and Paspport which you can utilize for your travels. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the proper travel documents required.

I see, My situation is different. My PR card is expired and I came to Canada as a refugee so I don’t have a passport from my first country. The job starting date is next week, and nothing happened unfortunately. I hope you settle soon and get your citizenship. If you found the Niagara falls office email address, please let me know.

Hello, I applied online on september 20, AOR dec 08 and did the test on june 03. I did not hear anything after the test. It is more than 3 months now and nothing is moving. Is anyone in the same situation?
