Its been over 2 months for me too. You can legally file a complaint with the Office of the Information Commissioner of Canada if you do not hear back in 60 days from the ATIP email confirmation. I filed a complaint a couple of days ago; lets see if that helps....

Yes, I think that is what is considered decision made based on the old Ecas system.

Also, would you mind sharing your application timeline (online or paper as well)

I got my GCMS notes guys. It indicates next step is oath which is pretty much known for many of us on this thread lol...lets see when that is gonna happen

When did you order the notes? And did you send a follow up request after the long wait?

I don't thinks so. If you look back in this thread you might find someone who was scheduled for the oath late Dec on 2021 but that person started their file 2019. There are a bunch of us from the Niagara office who are waiting for oath invites.

I recall 1-2 people getting oath invites: one in Dec 2021 itself(2021 applicant) another scheduled for early Jan 2022 (2019 applicant)

Wow I didn't see the 2021 applicant getting the oath. That raises my hopes that they are not going on chronological order on the oath invites but instead just based on luck lol.

Hi @Nam04 ,

I am just looking for some information about the oath to which you were invited to on January 4th. Were you able to attend it? If so, is there anything you can share that the officer might have stated regarding other oath ceremonies the office might be conducting? How fast did you receive your certificate?

Any information would be greatly appreciated as a bunch of us are waiting in the Niagara office for oath invites.

Yes, I did attend it! They didn’t state anything about other oath ceremonies, it was pretty quick, about an hour and a half and there were 55 participants. I received my certificate in 2 days because I requested an urgent one to travel soon. I was told to pick it up at the IRCC NF Office! The officers were really nice and accommodating! Hope this helps!

Someone from March 1st 2021 Online Niagara Processing just got Oath for Feb 7th .... in the March thread

My fiance and I have both been scheduled for the Oath ceremony on February 16!!!
