I was hopeful looking at the excel sheet for LPP anytime this month but based on the replies you got, it looks like there is no pattern and all we can do is wait.

really?? that's interesting.. I got the oath date on September 22nd in tracker for October 18th but no oath invite emailed yet... Can I ask when did your tracker update the oath and when did they email you the letter?
