My LPP has been completed since June, and I am still waiting for oath started, does it ever take this long?

Update here - Just received e-certificate instructions email today. I guess that's a sign that oath invite should be coming soon...

Does anybody know whether I should be signing up for the certificate portal now or I should wait after the oath to do so??

You can do it now or later, does not have any impact.

Update: The citizenship test was marked as completed on September 21, the day after I took the test. Now waiting for LPP.

1- I am on line applicant and why I canot access the ECAS only the online portal.
2- if LPP completed does this mean decision has been made ?

also if you know how I can access ECAS let me know I tried every thing to log to

ECAS is only for paper applicants. Online applicants can’t login. I can’t either.
