Hi All, How can you apply as family? I do not see any option to apply for family. My understanding is that you apply separate. Is that correct?
Thats correct, you need to apply separately for everyone, including minor kids.

and each member should have a separate email ID/login to apply with
Thank you. Do we get any email/sms notifications for the conditional approval? Or do we need to keep checking in the online application every now and then?

Applied: April 17,2024
Conditional Approval: Jan 17,2025
Interview and Approval : Jan 19,2025

I applied for Nexus when I was PR in Canada but got Canadian citizenship in Sept 2024. I raised a ticket online to change citizenship but the officer declined it by email and ask to cancel and reapply.

So I asked if I can get either the fees back or I can pay fee but to retain my position in queue. The officer declined that as well. So I asked if I can continue the application and have it updated during interview to which officer agreed and asked to not cancel it.

I was still speculating until the day of interview if I will have reapply but the officer at Fort Erie centre were super nice and without me asking them updated my documents with my passport and drivers license.

Same on the US side, officer was nice and congratulated me for getting my Canadian citizenship.

Overall it was very straight forward procedure and officers on both sides were nice and asked me only general questions.

Let me know if you have any questions.

UPDATE on Nexus card application (family of 4):
- 19-Jun-2024: All 4 applications submitted
- 05-Jul-2024: Except for the wife application, all other applications status updated as 'Conditional Approved.'
- 20-Dec-2024: Except for the wife application, all other applications Interview scheduled on 20-Dec-2024 at Whirlpool bridge
- 20-Dec-2024: Attended the Interview (within 10 minutes done with photos and H1B visa updates on profile; officer mentioned to update Nexus profile as in when US visa status changes) and within another 10 minutes email received for status updated as 'Approved'
- 10-Jan-2025: Nexus card received at Canada Home Address, activated and ready to use.

Still no progress on wife application; not sure why it's taking that much time (I'm guessing this may be due to her name change)

Does anyone have experience using a Nexus card at Toronto YYZ airport? During the interview, the officer mentioned using a big photo screen for initial use; hence, I want to check if anyone has used Toronto Airport for initial Nexus card use.

Hi All- has anyone applied for Nexus within BC. I applied for in Jan this year for self and for my family in February.
Bit sloppy on my part. I got my conditional approval now but don't see any appointments at airports. US enrolment center in Washington does not let me book appointment but says full till Feb. 2025.
Any suggestions what to do
Might be little late, but a lot of appointments show up on 1st & 3rd Monday of each month (8-9am PST) in case you or anyone else is still struggling to find an appointment.
(Note:This info is for Blaine centre)
