There are new guidelines for after September 7 so check the website as you may need to resubmit.

Hi! I'm unaware of the new process. Can somebody post the link please. I applied for visitor visa for my wife on July 25th 2021 and no update since then. Thanks!

Wrong thread.
I am confused what is written on the CIC website this (
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ronavirus-covid19/visitors/visa.html#existing )
If you applied before September 7, 2021, and you already told us that you qualify for a COVID-19 exemption
I don't know if how would we have told them that there are some questions. I have applied for my parents Super visa in April 2021.
If any one like to answer and clear this confusion.
How could we have let them know that my parents qualify for an exemption?
What is the criteria of the COVID-19 qualification exemption?
Is there a way we can let them know now ?
Has any one resubmitted the another application and how ?
The webform on this link https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx , which option should I select to inquire about this ?
Any help will be appreciated.
