I am currently on study permit in Canada. I will apply for post graduate work permit soon. I currently have TRV until august 2013 based on my study permit. It is written on TRV as 'student' and category 'S-1'. My question is, if I get post graduate work permit, then my TRV is still valid till august 2013. Do I need to apply for another TRV then because my category of student will change to worker in that case? I know TRV is required only to re-enter Canada. But I need to re-enter during this period.

Hi, I have a question. I have a V-1, multiple entry until 2017. I will apply for a study permit soon. Do I need to apply for a new TRV? I'm confused because I know that a TRV is needed only to enter Canada. :-/ help, please!
