New SIN, do i need a new service Canada account?

I just received my new SIN after receiving my CoPR. My EI has expired because my work permit expired as well but when i do the reports it is still asking me for my old SIN.

I cannot log into my service Canada account with my old SIN and was wondering if i should request a new GCkey and make a new account?

Yes you have to create a new account with new SIN number.
