New PR confirmation portal

Just received my ECOPR from Calgary VO. Got portal email and credentials on Nov 15 and submitted everything the same day

Help! I received and replied to the email, but I created my account in the portal a year ago by mistake, what would happen? do I need to tell them?

I received Pr confirmation email on November 11. I replied to that one and on the following day that is November 12 I got the same email and replied to that also.
on November 15, I got the same PR confirmation mail in email with my spouse and son’s name but they are not in Canada. I replied to that by please issue a PPR for them . Still waiting for PR credential for me and PPR for dependents

Got my COPR today.

AOR: Jan 10 2021

1st portal email: Sept 18 (replied same day)

Portal Credentials: Sept 22 (uploaded address& photo same day)

COPR: Sept 23

VO: Etobicoke

Now waiting for photo to be approved and PR card to be mailed

I received my PR Card ( not sure what date it was received because I hadn't checked my mail box in about a week). My portal still says photo is in review, but my GC account says pr card application was approved November 9th

what is GU account? Is that the GC key?

I chnaged my passport while waiting for PR conformation.
Now, I got my ecopr with my old passport information? Am I eligible to ask IRCC to update the ecopr?

If you are in Canada and you received e-COPR, an old PP number would not be an issue.

If you want to get it changed, you will have to file a request, see https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...dence-valid-temporary-resident-documents.html

did you try replying to the email again? my lawyer advised me to do it again, and i finally got my credentials yesterday after 9 days
