New PR confirmation portal

Everybody is getting credentials in 1-2 days from Etobicoke. I am worrying guys i replied of email on 13 may , didn’t get credentials yet . I am checking the portal in every 2 hours that I already created by myself by mistake

is it resolved now?

From Etobicoke I received portal email after 3 days of replying to the first one. I have submitted photo on October 12th and waiting for COPR now. Anyone else with similar dates?

Yes same for me. I submitted docs on Oct 8th and waiting for eCOPR

One question: I saw status changed to DM 2 days back. Does that mean eCOPR is coming in a day or two in portal? any experience from anyone?

Not necessarily. I got DM on August 20th and didn't get Portal email and eCoPR until October. It's completely random.

I can see, people are getting responses on the very next day or the same day.

still waiting since Oct.7th, seems like etobicoke is slow sometimes. I also saw many got their eCoPR within days....

You can try calling them. But they will not speed up any processing for PR Cards.

has anyone else lost their access to the confirmation portal? it seems like my account was just simply deleted. On their website, it says that they delete the account after one month since the card was mailed, but I have been waiting for 2 months already since August 19, 2021 (the date when received eCOPR), and still no PR card

i'm waiting since May 7. photo was rejected and reuploaded on May 28. No updates since. this has gone beyond outrageous.
