Received Portal Credentials today
1st email was on August 27 got credentials today.

I also replied on aug 21 and still haven’t got my credentials for the portal

Submitted my credentials June 30th
AOR was March 11th
Not sure how much longer for eCOPR
Already been more than 10 weeks

Does it mean we can contact IRCC through the PR portal?

I confirmed my address and email since June then got rejected my photo then i uploaded my photo again and i haven't heard anything back from them ever since then.

I am not sure it works, but it is worth a try.

They are asking for day I became PR on.. what should i enter?

My file is approved in GC key account and i can see ECOPR number issue date, expiry date for all three of us. The thing that i do not understand is that why they have not send me COPR in PR portal or they forget to attach it after approving my file. so i entered Issue date of COPR as date of landing.

Please let me know how did you identify that the mail was "out for delivery". For me there was no tracking number shared.

I had linked my PR Card Application to the CIC portal. Once the application is approved, the CIC portal mentions that they have mailed your card. But naturally, it would be with Canada Post since that time.
