it shouldn't take that long. Email them thru webform to notify them.

Their portal system is such a mess. Sorry to hear but just keep emailing/ calling them. That's your only shot.

Ircc sent me an email saying you have 7 days to submit your photo and to confirm you are in canada for pr card but i couldn’t reply back to them. Can someone please tell me what will happen now?

Try emailing them during business hours
To the same address from where u got ur first email
Nd they have mentioned
Not to make account on their own as it can cause delays.

Same here. Ecopr on the 29 Jun and still no PR Card.
