Hey canadiangirl88, my photo and address are also still in review but declaration was accepted. So I have my eCOPR and I linked my card application in CIC portal and no changes since then. On CIC portal it still says submitted and on PR portal address and photo are both still in review.
in the exact same position as you! Looks like people are waiting approximating 4 weeks since eCOPR/ uploading pic and address. Hopefully our time is soon.
hi fellows, i just received PR portal login and signed in .. my spouse is Outland and we already received the "ready for Visa' email to submit her passport in home country ..
In portal, i see two accounts, my name and other with title ' Created in error' , so my question is do i need to fill in the details for her , even if she's Outside Canada or should i just fill out my own and provide photo/address and leave other blank???

Personally think you should fill yours. In any case, the first question they ask in 'Created in error' is if they are inside Canada. You cannot proceed further anyways as this is NO for spouse.
2nd Portal email received today (<24 hours from 1st portal email). I replied with PR photos in 30 seconds. Nice and easy. One login for all dependants. Sweet !
IMPORTANT TIP -- DO NOT try to create portal login yourself. You will land into HUGE delays. Wait for the password from IRCC. (Experience from a WhatsApp group member)
That's sad I understand. I think it depends on the current VO officer at that particular VO. Some are fast and some use microscope to look for errors. Some are lazy. Currently Etobicoke seems to be on fire.
When do you know you can link your pr card application? Will the pr portal provide you with an application number or something after you receive your eCoPR?
if you CIC account shows the application as approved, you can right away link the PR card application. You will not know PR application# before linking, you need to search it with either UCI-Family name.

thank you. Its confusing, i mean in yesterday's email they asked if you want to allow IRCC to create an account of dependent under my own account which i selected Yes. Option A. and now that account is created under my account the Question about confirmation of address is tricky. How would she get her PR card ?

Once after passport stamping, when she lands in Canada, that's when they will ask her to declare address where she wants the PR cards sent. Her landing interview will be an ACTUAL landing interview.

for some etobicoke is quick, for others still waiting. I don’t think it’s a specific officer anymore once it gets to the portal stage. I also do not believe it’s a laziness issue. It seems, for the most part, some emails just don’t get read for whatever reason, they could end up in their junk mail folder and end of day/week/month someone scans through them
