Same here. I resent the email yesterday (didn't attach pdf though) and got credentials in the evening. On the same prev. thread so that they don't consider that as a new email, but a follow up from what I sent last time

Got my credentials 20 mins ago and submitted photo and Confirmed address.

My friend and I both received the first portal email on May 28. She got the credentials on May 31, and I received them on June 3.
She received ecopr on June 5, so 6 days of processing time for her, and I'm awaiting. Her VO is Vancouver, and mine is Ottawa.

I see that Ottawa is the problem for us
