i replied to the same email they sent the portal credential from. It was mentioned to reply to that email if we see an error, i didnt hear back from them yet so just wondering how long does is usually take to make that change and reply?

i sent it as a new email and got the credentials. dw they can find your application with your UCI and your application number

how long you have to wait for crediential email?

because by composing new email they only have name which could be same to other applicants and UCI , i m not nit sure weather to wait or send another email

May 8 - Credentials received and uploaded photo in the same day

Generally how many days it takes to get the portal credentials after you send the Name, UCI, Date of Entry and email address to IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca??
