I am waiting also .
I did my first email on 28 and still waiting for login details.
Just to confirm you email on IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca on this email. Right?
Because I am through representative and I only got pdf from my agent..
I am an Inland PR applicant under the CEC. I got an email from IRCC on 28 May requesting a few details to be sent as a reply to it. I did as directed later on the same day. I was to expect another email from them with a link to open a portal for submission of my passport, address, etc. I haven't heard from them since then, and I am already a bit concerned. I am reading that most people got the link to the portal almost immediately or a day after.
N.B
I have since sent a follow-up email - no response yet.

Yes, that's what I thought too, however, if you start reading the experiences of some people posting here it can get scary. I start to believe that for some people is just a" at the right time" thing and their information pops up when somebody just starts working on a new file and it gets reviewed faster. But maybe just my imagination
Then for other people is like bad luck, once their file is behind in the queue it's just getting worse
