Hi snsajedi, yes you should scan the first pages of the passport which contain your new info and new passport number to IRCC. Because they will need to update that info on your E-COPR.
Hi guys I am waiting for my pic and address to be approved and I get ECOPR, do you guys know that if I change my job after getting ECOPR? Or I need to wait for the actual PR card , I am PNP that's why I am asking
Hi, I submitted photo and address on May 9th, still waiting for COPR, emailed them and called them, do you know someone who waited like this ?
Thanks
Etobo
Yes, they need the new passport number and the new valid date on the passport.
I don't think it will be a problem tho, just tell them that you have renewed your passport, and show both (old and new) of the passport's front page to them so that they can connect everything under your files.

Hi Melikaaaaaaaa, you can change your job once you have notified your provincial about your new PR status in Canada. And you can work anywhere at any time now. As long as your new company does't have a requirement of being a citizen to work for them. You are all good, and you can say goodbye to your old boss.
