Another day without the credentials. Nothing after the first email on 24th. Should I be assured my application is approved on their end?

I am from Vancouver Vo. have you received any update? I received the portal confirmation email on 22nd May and then I uploaded photo and address on 23rd May. After then no update.

Got my credentials and Uploaded pictures, address yesterday. Waiting for copr.... Vancouver vo

I just replied again to the email. Let's see if it makes any difference.

I have already sent the mail twice. A fresh mail and a reply to the original one. Nothing yet.

Yeah the application is approved once they accept your address they will send your copr
Just wait for 1 or 2 days if you don’t hear from them. Try replying one more time. Make sure you replying all officers won’t search for your email. I guess this email are going to a group mail box from there the system might automatically put email into the specific officers folders with infos included in the mail. If that didn’t happen officers need to find your mail from other hundreds of mails from the main box. Some officers might try to search

Hi , which documents we need to apply for health card after receiving eCOPR

I gave eCOPR, Previous Health card, Drivers License and Passport .. I was also asked for my previous work permit, i did not carry but showed soft copy of it.

Health card number will not change except for last two letters...

Guys, i received COPR yesterday through pr confirmation portal. My spouse’s given name is in the family name column in COPR and given name is blank. I think this gonna be problematic for future paperwork. Please guide me whom to email my query. Any help would be appreciated!!

The information you see in the COPR is exactly as it is in your passport. You cannot change your name in the COPR unless you have it changed in your passport.

Since the family name cannot be left blank and if your spouse does not have a family name, this is how the COPR would be.

Its fine. I got the same email twice too, but with the same subject line both times. I think you should reply to the new email with all your info again and also add a note that you had already replied to the first email on Date xx-xx-xx. Hopefully you should get credentials soon.

Yeah, I already replied with an alternative email yesterday. Hope it works.

Just had talked with IRCC agent on the phone.
So as per our call, THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION ONCE WE SUBMIT THE PICTURES AND ADDRESS TO THE PORTAL, JUST WAIT.
They can only provide information if your file is under processing, as she said " If you received the portal email that means your file is approved also she checked my account and informed me that since IRCC haven't released the eCoPR document, for your file, It shows at the last stage but this means it's approved.

So I guess we just have to wait for the eCoPR document, at this point nothing else we can do neither the IRCC Agents.

Just received e-COPR.

My timeline :
May 19th - Portal email confirming basic info (first/last entry , etc..)
May 20th - Received credentials for PR Portal - Uploaded my pic and confirmed address on the same day.
May 27th - Received e-COPR
VO : Ottawa & OSC operations

Please give some time and eventually everyone will receive COPR.

Not worth it, Once you receive the first email, the file is moved to local VO so IRCC agents won't be able to help you in any way, they'll just say to Wait.

I had a question. The first portal mail I got was from OSC operations support centre ottawa. Does this mean my secondary office is ottawa as well?
