AOR - FEB 2020
RCMP Request - 28th SEP 2020
AIP - FEB 2021
Medical Update - 1st MAR 2021
DM - 9th APR 2021
Portal Email - 13 APR 2021
Portal Link - 14 APR 2021
eCopr - 20 APR 2021
Waiting for Card.

Hi there, is there a photo specification for this? I have not receive the portal yet.

Hi all, so how does that technical error situation get sorted when you try to log onto the portal? Have been trying to log in and keeps getting that error message. The email also said I have 14 days to upload my photo and address. Thanks in advance

Try to change the browser (If you were login using internet explorer, try using google chrome, or safari or fire fox)

For Etobicoke, it is kind of normal due to the high volume of applicants in the area.

Unfortunately, have tried all, is still the same message, cannot log in, perhaps is their systrem.

Since you’d be uploading a soft copy, no need for the stamp at the back of the photo. Most photo studios would know the specs anyway and just ask for soft copy - put it in a thumb drive or have them email it to you.

Calgary VO is moving fast! I received first local IRCC email for information on April 19, confirmation portal login on April 20, uploaded address and photo on April 20. And today (April 23) I received the eCOPR through portal - Everything in less than a week!

Have received my portal yesterday, but I can still not upload the photo and address, it says technical error, try again, don't know what is happening. Did you experience that?

I didn’t. Maybe try in a different browser or clear the cache?

Have done all with all the browsers, cleared cache, still the same thing

Hi Friends, I have received an email for Portal processing. They asked me to reply back with email ID and other details.

a) Once done, how long will they take to respond back with Portal Link and credentials?
b) After we receive the same, we need to upload photos? Or anything else is needed?
c) Only after submission of photos and stuff, COPR will be sent? Then what about PR Card?
c) What about the status on the IRCC website, PR application? When will that get changed?

A) depends on VO. Calgary is fast while Etobicoke is the exact opposite
B) just photo
C) COPR will be uploaded - could take a few days to 2.5 months. PR card will be sent after approval.
D) will change to approved once you get COPR in the PR confirmation portal
