You get access BEFORE COPR. If you already received your COPR, you won’t be using the PR confirmation portal but send your photos via post to the local visa office.

I got my PR card Here is my timeline
Nov 7, 2020 - PR application approved

Jan 5, 2021 - received email asking for UCI, date of entry and application number; replied immediately

Jan 6 - received credentials for portal

Feb 11 - got CoPR on the portal

March 21 - Ghost update on IRCC account

April 6 - PR card mailed message on account

April 9 - received PR by mail

I have got my work permit on 28 feb 2020 and i had create my express entry profile on 25 feb 2021 and i got my ITA on 1 april 2021 .my concern is do cic gonna reject my application on the ground that i had created my express entry profile 3 day before the actual pgwp issue date.

No u can count the days since you applied for pgwp.

I received eCOPR on 8 April and today i received COPR letter on my email. I have submitted my photo through online PR portal and in a letter they want me to send the Photo through mail as well. What should i do as my document number on both the letter is same.

Should i send the photo through mail as well?

I figured out... it was inside each applicant in the portal.

I have one more query. Do we have to send anything to IRCC Calgary after getting eCOPR? EMail doesn't say anything to share.
That means the next step is PR card?

Just wait for PR card. Your photo is already uploaded in the PR confirmation portal.
