My application is approved and I received a document on my profile called “information letter” detailing me to mail photos for pr card to an address. Does this mean I will not be using the portal? And is it only for certain visa offices?

Is seems like they are not using the portal anymore, most people now have to do the PR card the old way

hello friends,
finally got my ECOPR.
first email from portal december 17th
credentials : january 16th
photo and address submitted same day
self declaration 19th january
ECOPR: february 15th.
VO :etobicoke
AOR : april 23, 2020

My dates are exactly same as yours .. AOR, portal date, .. except that I got my credential on Dec 24 and uploaded everything then itself and still waiting for my eCOPR ..God knows what their issuance pattern is !!

My landing date was incorrect, i already responded on email and even sent webform but still no correction. The other guys who had similar issue did you get a response? And the other question does it really matter if the landing date is incorrect? It is 29 Jan instead of 26 Jan. @legalfalcon @caipsnotes
