I completely agree. It makes you wonder why can’t IRCC approve the files chronologically when everyone in queue in the portal is approved. Can’t the application let the officers do a simple sort function to show which app is pending the longest??
In an effort to help more skilled workers stay in Canada and bolster our economic recovery, approximately 27,300 workers with Canadian experience received an invitation today to apply for permanent residence. These workers fall under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) of the Express Entry pool. Successful CEC candidates have at least 1 year of Canadian work experience, have proven that they can contribute to our economy and have paid taxes. Those who receive an invitation have 90 days to submit their complete application.

Lol, gotta love how they are covering up their terrible processing time with some positive press. It would be nice if they can take care of those who are waiting for 2+ months for just COPR before virtue signalling.

Hey guys, dropping my last comment here. So, strange thing is that my pic was approved on feb 10 AND I received my PR card on feb 11 and that tells me that my pr card was already issued and on the portal it just showed up late, at least in my case though. So for those whose pic is still under review, i think you all will get it very soon too. Gud luck everyone.
