Update: Finally got my portal credentials after what felt like an eternity to me. I received the first email on Jan 06 and it took them 16 calendar days to get back to my email. I am not sure if this has anything to do with the lengthy follow-up email that I sent on Wednesday offering them a way to send the COPR by email so I can send the photos by mail if they are having any technical issues.
As per the portal, we should be able to download our eCOPR as soon as the self-declaration has been accepted by IRCC (I wonder how long this is going to take). A lot of users reported seeing this self-declaration only recently. Maybe this is IRCC's way of streamlining the process of at least getting eCOPR so we do not have to spend too many days being not-temporary-residents, LOL.
I am waiting for eCOPR just like you. I do not think I am lucky as there are people who applied after me and got their PR cards before us when you and me are still waiting for eCOPR.

I also got PR confirmation portal credentials today so that I can upload my photo and address. I have a question that if I am uploading digital picture clicked from smartphone, do I have to upload details like Name, DOB, date photo taken, details of photographer or studio at the back of the photo? How do I do that if I am only uploading digital photo? Thank you in advance.

You only need to upload the front side of the digital photo (face) as per the prescribed dimension. Rest of the details not required or rather you can’t provide.
