Yes you can. Paste the questions asked as it is from original email, amswe them, check them thoroughly and then send them.
Hi! I know that this post was a year ago, but I did the same thing, copy pasted the questions and composed a new mail, because it was sent to my representative.
At the top of the email it says *CLICK REPLY WHEN RESPONDING*
At the bottom of the email from IRCC , it says that they do not respond to any unsolicited enquiries, requests, or follow-ups.
Do you think they will accept my email/reply?
Thank you.

I received the same email for my wife's In-Land PR Application; you have to reply to the same email they sent. You are not required to create a new email. In your case, your representative forwarded that email to you so you can directly reply to that email with the asked questions and answers.
Did you mention your application number in the Subject line? The case for COPR created after a week in PR Portal

Thank you for your reply, Yes I mentioned the application number on the subject, but I composed a new mail for the reply instead because if I click reply the mesaage will be forwarded back to my representative. I already sent the response , what do I do?
thank you.

That should be enough for them to verify your details. Did you also attach the letter (one that should be with the email you received from your representative) to your email?

No I did not attach the letter, I asked my representative, they said to make a new one and forward to IRCC with the confirmation email instead.

That should work too if you have attached IRCC’s email. You have to wait for few days until you get any updates.
