Same here, i am awaiting for ecopr as well. They are issuing ecopr quite slowly these days.

I uploaded my address and picture in the PR portal on Sept 16, still awaiting ecopr

i called ircc today, they said they have a big big backlog and some people have waited months. She said she has got lots of similar calls about the same delay issue and it is going take time for it to be approved. There is no eta.
I have to travel to India on Nov 10 but i have to cancel my plans i think. So frustrating!

Got my eCOPR today.
Uploaded our details on Portal 2 on 16th September. We reached out to our local MP on Monday and mailed IRCC (useon the email that they sent the login credentials with.
Not sure what worked but got it just a while back.
