New PR confirmation portal

I received my PR confirmation yesterday. My visitor's visa is expiring in less than a month and I'm hoping they send eCOPR before my visitor expires.
1)How long is ircc taking to send portal credentials
2) how long is it taking from portal credentials to e-copr
3) and which email id everyone is talking Abt to email them where they r actively answering to email?
If someone could pls ans my questions. Thanks

I got the credentials after a bit more than a week and is almost 2 weeks and I didn’t get my eCorP yet

I have received the first Portal email on March 18, 2022 and replied back on the same day to email ID (ircc.clientportalontario-ontarioclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca) and I replied back again on Mar.21, 2022 to two email IDs (Ontario portal one and ircc.clientportalontario-ontarioclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca) but still no portal credentials.

What else can I do. Any advise?

Just wait, it took me almost two weeks to get my credentials. I got the email on the 3rd of March and I got the credentials until March 12th. I sent two emails, the first one with all the information and then a second one 5 days later telling them to keep me updated, after a couple of days got the replay in one email telling me that they had already done it and in the other email the credentials to log in to the portal.

Sent my details the same day
Portal credentials march 22
Submitted everything today

When I was trying to submit photo, it said the lower face(chin) should touch the green line. My wasn't touching. They said I can still submit and a caseworker will fix it. Has anyone encountered this? And will it create any problem?

Anyone waiting for eCoRP for more than 2 weeks after uploading photo? I emailed twice to IRCC but nothing seems to be happening. Though in the portal, at least the declaration section is described as "submitted to IRCC". I might have to leave Canada for personal matter (job) in a month. Does anyone know that I could leave Canada at this point before getting eCoRP? If not, how can I reach IRCC to request the urgency of processing eCoRP? Any information is appreciated!

Send them an email explaining your situation and attach a picture of the work permit. My friend was in a similar situation and got hers the next day.

Also, call IRCC. The agents on the phone can send a message/email to the officer who is looking at your file.

Hi Guys,
I got my PPR on March 10th (FSW Outside Canada) and I was asked to fill a webform to let them know if I'm in Canada so I can be landed virtually. I'm currently in Canada on a visitor's visa and I filled the webform immediately. Does anyone have any idea how long it takes to get the first mail from IRCC to confirm permanent residence and get your email address?

Did you get the portal log in credentials, I am sorry I am late to reply to your earlier query. Keep following up on mails in case you haven’t get it. ECOPR you will get it in the new portal where you uploaded photo and all. You actual cic log in will then show your application as approved .

6. When did you receive your PR card in the mail? Not yet.
