New PR confirmation portal

I got the portal mail as a an attachment to my cic account on 8th March 2022. Replied on 9th March as well as 10th March with same details. Got portal log in details on 10th March late night. Completed portal details on March 12th. Got copr today morning. My primary Vo was Ottawa but got copr fro Etobicoke

I have confirmed the Canada declaration on Friday,11th March. Waiting for an update on Ecopr now.

When you emailed them twice. Did you literally send the same email twice ? or explained them in the second email that you are following up and sending it again ?

I was planning to email my info again on Wednesday as it would be a week from my first email, but I'll be travelling for a few days during the March Break and decided to do it today. I received the portal credentials shortly after.

I only copied and pasted the same information on a new email.

I have now emailed twice on IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
and
once on ircc.clientportalontario-ontarioclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca

no reply until now.

I called IRCC yesterday and the agent said that he will send a message to the processing officer that I did not receive the portal confirmation email and instead they sent just a letter in my account.
He also said that it could still take weeks to get everything sorted.

So you didn't get a login details ? You just received confirmation on the account? Since when you received confirmation ?

Since 8th March.
and the letter in the account was addressed to the "dependent" in the file not the primary applicant.

The primary applicant still went ahead and replied on 2 portal email ids, but did not get a response from any of them.

I received the portal credentials less than an hour after the second time I emailed Ontario's address.

I submitted my address and photos on the same day. Now it shows: "Case status: In review with IRCC"

I'm not sure how long it takes for them to review it and send e-CoPR.

Sent requested info (2nd time): March 14, 2022
Portal Credentials: March 14, 2022 (morning)
Submitted Address and Photos: March 14, 2022 (afternoon)

Where do you confirm "presence in Canada". Do you do this after getting portal credentials ?
