I had called on the +18882422100 and after couple of times was able to reach to an agent. They confirmed that they received my in canada declaration along with mailing address and photo. They asked me to wait as things are moving in the right direction.E-COPR could come any time but at what time,they didnt tell me.

I submitted my details on Nov 23rd 2021 and still haven't received E-Copr. Yesterday talked to one of the Customer agent and was responded with the same reply that "you'll get it soon". Its frustrating whereas some get it within the same or couple of days.

Its a normal thing. Even though you upload a coloured one,it will show up B&W
