How did you upload your photo? where did you take it from. Im getting a pixel error so wanted to know how you uploaded it and took the photo. Thank you!

I got DM on ecas
And request to send mail
But by mistake i create an account on pr portal with same mail id which i send to ircc.
What i have to do now
Do i am in huge trouble.
Plzz reply
If somebody knows about it.

Hi Guys Its my first time please help me I got pr portal email but instead of ircc creating account for me I did it by myself and Now I am worried as I was not supposed to do it please reply and let me know what shall I do or anyone with
similar case

Creating account don't have any issue. By mistake I had done the samething. But IRCC agent created profiles without any issue.

I had no problem uploading. Got it done at staple. Told them the specifications.

I had no issue to upload photo either, captured by UPS asked them as per PR Card requirements.

I did the same thing. Got it done according to pr card requirements and got it from 3 place. Staples, shoppers and london drugs. Got the same issue. I am uploading the digital copy they gave me. Should I just scan the hard copy, crop it and then upload? Thanks!

I got it done at staples and the pixel resolution actually fits within the parameters its asking for and still gives errors. Ircc support agent wasnt much help. Did you upload the digital copy or scanned the hard copy and cropped it. I am uploading the digital one they are giving me. And 3 places i tried now, same error. Should I just upload and ignore the error?

Hi i got my pr approval on 7th november and i replied the email same day, but didn’t got the credential request yet. Worried about it.

hey guys, UPDATE-
I got my Pr card last Wednesday 24 november. The Portal still says PR card photo in review. I emailed IRCC regarding status about my pR card photo. My PR card photo got rejected on 9 Nov. They emailed me back stating " my pr card was shipped on 18 nov and should be arriving anytime".

Just over two weeks for me. Received first email on Nov 11, but have not received any login info yet. You aren't alone, there are several others who have posted with similar wait times. Is your VO Ottawa (VLU)?

I finlly got my portal credentials, but keep getting a warning about background in the photo I upload. If I upload it anyway and they reject it, will I still get my COPR?

Have a different issue with uploading photos but agent said most likely they will. Get it done again professionally from staples.
