have you received both portal emails and your replied? and what is your current status of visa?

Hello,

A quick information for those who received their eCoPR in June/July 2021 and are still waiting for PR card, try sending an email to below email.
ircc.clientportalprairies-prairiesclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca
Forward your initial email for eCoPR or final eCoPR confirmation email, with a very polite language requesting them to process your PR card application as it is already passed projected waiting time and you have not heard anything yet.

I received reply from them within 24 hours and they mentioned that they processed our photos and sent for PR card printing. Same happened with couple of my friends also.

I think it is worth giving a try if your application has passed projected time line for PR card (75 days as of today), rather than submitting web forms.

When did you receive your Ecopr and what VO? Thanks

I received my eCOPR immediately on May 7 after uploading address and photo in the portal. VO is Etobicoke. I received the case closed email on Nov 17, card in mail box on Nov 19. Photo was rejected on May 28 and reuploaded the same day. after that I sent many webforms, tweets and emails to the VO. got a generic message which boiled down to wait. officially received the card on the 196th day. Good luck everyone!

Anyone knows how long it usually take for Ecopr? Will we receive email about it? or just check on the portal?

Submitted detail on portal on 18 Nov got ecorp today..EOD...you can expect anytime soon.

Did you receive ECOPR from VO Etobicoke and your PR card is processing by another VO?

I received eCoPR from Etobicoke, but my email was about PR card was responded by Calgary VO. So I guess VO Calgary is processing my PR Cards.

Thanks for sharing this info. I received my eCoPR from OSC-Operations -- Does this email id should work for everybody? I sent an email to IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca this email id for requesting the PR card status. Doesn't get a luck.

First photo rejected on October 20th
Second photo uploaded on October 20th.

Photo is still in review...
It's been 1 month since 2nd photo is still in review.
Anyone else like this?

Yes. You can send email to ircc.clientportalprairies-prairiesclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca, irrepective of the VO that issued your eCoPR. I have received my eCoPR from OSC, Ottawa in June 2021. Please explain in the email that you have been waiting from June
