Not even once! The policy to include biometrics with all applications for inland applicants came into effect on Dec 2019! I had everything applied and extended before that!

I got ECOPR yesterday and for now my mailing address is approved and photo is in review .
So what does it means ?

We both uploaded picture and address on June 18 …but didn’t receive ecopr yet!!!

No one knows …how long they r taking to generate one COPR Paper ..
Everything is useless ..sending email, calling them, notes
Bcz they r doing their work by their own way

folks we are from OSC OTTAWA need to do something to draw their attention since the emails and forms are not being answered by them, I went to google reviews and I suggest that everyone who has not revered the PR CARD can have an answer from them, because many are getting the card with weeks and waiting for us all this time, it's not fair.

I created my profile in the new PR confirmation portal, on Dec 2. Updated the address and photo the same day.
eCOPR : Dec 3
No updates after that.
Still showing, IRCC is reviewing your information.

Go to staples and tell them that you need a picture for PR card. They know details. And take a memory card with you, so they can download your digital picture for you.
