Anyone facing issues to login to CIC portal ? is it down. I am trying since 1 hour and getting internal server error

Are you trying on a mobile type device (Mobile or ipad). I found its tricky with them, once I tried 15 times before I was able to log in. Try log in using a PC or a laptop for fastest login
For mobiles do not use the incognito tab - better yet use Chrome and request desktop site and then log in.

Hey guys, quick question here. I uploaded everything in the portal and even submitted the in-Canada declaration in portal.
Is it possible that we receive a call after that from IRCC, lets say to confirm if we are in Canada? I received a call from Unknown number and missed it (There is a 416-***-**** that I can also see there).

No, they email you if your address and photo are approved, some say here that they will call you for verification. But if you missed their call they will leave you a voicemail for sure

Same here under sponsorship common law permanent residence, I sent all my credentials on June 28, 2021 on virtual landing and i am still waiting for my eCopr

No voice mail for me, just a call from an “unknown” number. Also I can see the unknown number (416-764-)

1. When did you receive an email asking for information? August 25, 2021 (replied to the email same day)
2. When did you receive your log in details for the portal? August 26, 2021
3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal? August 26, 2021
4. When did you receive ECOPR? August 27, 2021
5. Address: approved by IRCC on August 27, 2021 Photo still in review with IRCC
6. When did you receive your PR card in the mail? Waiting for the card

yea almost two weeks -- so i guess if the photos wouldve been accepted our cards wouldve been sent to be printed today

Hope after you upload new ID pictures, you will already receive your PR card within the next 2 weeks as well.
