Recently I feel issuing of CoPR has been very slow. For previous weeks, you always see quite a few people getting them. It is very quite for the past 2 weeks...... ahhh, this wait.

We are on the same boat. A lot of job offers but I have a close work permit. Application approved Jun 2 and waiting for the credentials. VLU-OSC TOO SLOW.

I know.... Mine was approved on May 7th... I even contacted MP. They all just told me just wait... there is no timeline whatsoever

I dont have job and unable to apply for BOWP until september. And waiting for COPR from last 1 month after uploading photo and address in portal. I can understand your frustration!

Thank you for your understanding. IRCC really needs to ramp up its operation. After 1 year Covid, it gets old using the same excuse.......

I think this will be their excuse forever. Like the year 2024 "sorry you have to wait it is past covid times"

I got my ECOPR after 1 Month
Client Portal email : 25 June 2021
Credentials email and photo address uploaded : 26 June 2021
Second Portal email : 9th July 2021 (I don’t know why they send it second email)

ECOPR : 28 July 2021.

Portal and credentials were received on July 23rd.

eCOPR Update: Approved on 28th July (Virtual Landing Unit, Operations Support Centre)

AOR - 10th November 2020

IRCC Client Portal email - 4th July. Sent the confirmation, filled out the details and attached the photo the same day.

Applied - for Option A

PR Confirmation Portal (OLD) - 7th July. The login credentials didn't work. Contacted the IRCC over email (Client Portal), Webform and Phone for 2 weeks. The same generic response over phone - "You just gotta wait for the new credentials" Over email and webform - no response.

PR Confirmation Portal (NEW) - 26th July. I got the new login credentials. This time I was able to login, submitted my confirmation, entered my mailing address and uploaded the photo. I made a mistake in the postal code. It didn't matter to get the eCOPR apparently!

Currently, the PR Confirmation portal says address and photo is still under review by IRCC. No other details mentioned. Good luck to everyone who are waiting. Hope you get it approved soon. And many thanks to the folks on this forum who have posted their updates and have answered my questions. @Whateverman

Omg guys help! i have been waiting for over 2wks for eCopr after declaring and submitting photo and address on the portal.
Today i logged in the portal and it switched back to "initiated" instead of " in review with ircc" and when i click on it, it asks me to declare again and submit photo and address again! Why is this happening????

Hello cindy09, I got a request to change my photo on July 15, I reuploaded it on the 17th and got a GU on my CIC pr card application after about 5 days meaning it has been accepted and the PR card is being processed, it still shows it is in review in the PR confirmation portal however and that might never change, people get their PR cards and it still shows in review

Got a request last July 14, no ghost update. @apalanis how did u connect ur pr card to ur cic account?
