I got both the eCOPR and that COPR letter lol, don't know if I should mail in my photos or continue waiting for the photo approval on the portal...

Is there any difference between COPR and eCOPR?

I think the eCoPR is more formal and is the same as the COPR they were issuing pre-pandemic.
