New PR confirmation portal

I’m in the exact same situation as yours, I received my eCOPR on June 23rd, and the photo is still in review while the address shows accepted!
As per the comments on this thread, it is taking up to 1 month and in some case even more!

I also seen people getting PR card mailed within 10 days of receiving their eCOPR, I linked my PR card application on CIC portal and just waiting!

Just keep an eye on your mailbox, we can receive it even next week, if we get lucky! Lol

Thanks to everyone in this forum, awesome members had enforced faith and helped me throughout the process.

I got the eCOPR today. Immigration team is even working on Sundays and they are processing bit faster now.
Portal confirmation email: 23 Jun 2021
Portal login credentials : 25 Jun 2021 and submitted phot and address the same day.
eCOPR: 27 Jun 2021

Believe in good and trust the timings. I Pray for everyone to receive a good news soon. Good Luck and trust the process you will get it soooon!!!!!

Called ircc ,agent told me that "everything is approved on my file, only thing holding back from copr is my outland dependent -india. As there are travel restrictions for india. Don't know when visa office start sending ppr to dependents and ircc has to clear such files as there are lots of them."


So close to pr but due to travel restriction they are holding copr..

Last call IRCC - 24 June 2021- file approved ( no copr - no ppr- waiting)

Anyone got copr with outland dependents recently?

i saw a Facebook post this morning (Ask Kubeer channel) with similar timeline, the one who submitted photo on 25th got this morning.

Nope, I’m not with Etobicoke. I’ve got my GCMS notes after the portal account was created and it’s written on the notes that, in my case, this new clusterfucked portal is exclusively handled by Very Lazy Unit, Operating Slowly Centre.

Previously, the application processing itself was entirely handled by an officer at CPC-Ottawa (eligibility, criminality, security, and info sharing).

Have you ordered your GCMS notes and received it by any chance? My theory’s still that those of us waiting since May are unfortunately placed in the dreaded “CN COVID GROUP”. With CN likely standing for “Care? Not-a-fucking-chance!”.

Hi as you mentioned that you received your GCMS notes after portal was created so what is the latest note on your gcms. Was your information recorded in gcms like the one they asked us in portal confirmation email UCI, entry dates etc ? I am curious as we are at same stage and in the same f***g CN Covid Pace group.

Congratulations, when was your first portal email?
Also do you know you VO? Just checking if your portal email was from Virtual Landing Unit , OSC (which is Ottawa)

After receiving ecopr - photos and address uoloaded by me in new portal - will they change to approve before card is mailed ? or link application is must ? or just wait for card after copr

linking application is not mandatory, it is there to just check on updates like, accepted or mailed!

you can link your PR card application on your existing CIC portal or make a new account as well!

Either way before they ship your PR card, you should receive an email saying shipped!

You can’t call to Etobicoke instead there is only one no. to call IRCC 1 (888) 242-2100. For a chance you can check here

to see whether they have created your credentials or not. Simply fill your email Id you provided them and then hit forget password option. If your account has been created you will get your password in your email and you are good to go. Upload your details and wait for ecopr.
