Yes email them and send your tangible photos as well as a letter if you must. Let them see that you are human and your mental health has been taking a hit because of this process. I wish you all the best and keep strong. I know it is not easy. I’ve emailed cic-ottawa-immigration@cic.gc.ca and cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca. However, final email came from ircc.donotreply-nepasrepondre.ircc@prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca. I have also mailed them my documents via Canada post to my visa office.

Hii friends hope everyone get copr soon .. I got frst email on 9th June and second 13 June but unfortunately I didn’t upload the photo and addrsss till 18 June .. I just uploaded on 19 June .. now would they take more time for cOPR or it’s normal .. and how much time they take after submission photo and addrsss ?

Should I say that I sent photos on June 7 and I am April 2020 whereas people of June 17 Submiison and April 2021 are getting ecopr and This is taking me into depression.

Hello everyone, do we know how long they take for a card after eCopr

Hi guys, I received my eCOPR through the portal today. There is a mistake in my original entry date. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I prefer not to tell them to get my card faster... Cause this may cause more delay. My AOR is July 12,2020. I received the initial email 10 days ago and uploaded the photo on Friday

Looks like IRCC is making this mistake in entry dates in 3-4 % of the eCOPRs. Seen a lot of people with the same issue.
Can't they teach officers to do ctrl+c from email and ctrl+v to the portal properly. And they take a month for this. Lord save us!

Check your passport and try the same for city. It should work. I was facing the same issue earlier n linked it today .
