New PR confirmation portal

Guys, I received the email from IRCC asking last landing data and email for PR confirmation portal. I replied to it and at the same time, I registered on the PR confirmation portal myself by clicking create account https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login . I waited for the credentials from IRCC at the same time, but I did not receive my credentials from IRCC even after a week, called IRCC but no information from them .. I was disappointed and then I just simply logged into the portal and to my surprise I was able to see my application on it . Which i then updated my photo and address immediately ...i got my ecopr today a week later ... this was my scenario .. Not sure if this will help you guys .. it's up to you if wanna give this method a try

Hey. When you got the ecopr. If its like day or prior day, then please email them. They might correct it.

Hello! I would kindly share that I tried this method after seeing your post (since I haven't received my portal credentials through the email). However after I created my account, I could not display my PR application. I only see the option to create a new PR application. Could you please share if you could see your existing PR application when you initially logged in to PR portal? Thanks in Advance!

yes i m also worried because yesterday and today so many people who are may 30 , 31 got it, only few unlucky left hahahha

I really think that what they should have done is that in the attachment that is with the email that s saying PR is approved, they should have included a unique code for each application and we would go and create our account by ourselves, because that would be quicker for everyone and even easier for them, instead of having to create an account for everybody, they would have had only to review the infos and that s it.


anyway, let s hope for the best and we are very lucky our application has been approved!

The 5th and they sent it to my rep for my work permit application instead of directly to me hahah

My rep had to reply to them giving my info and explain to them that he wasn t my rep for this application + and I also sent them a separate email with my info (with the email clearly showing that he forwarded the email to me)

Did you choose representative as YES in PR application ?
I have the same scenario. My WP extension was done by lawyer but PR application was done by me. I am waiting for the first email though.
Wondering, if any email has gone to him.

This is a risky shortcut. It says you create your own only if starting a new PR application. That IRCC will create one for you if you are only using it to confirm your PR status and receive your PR card.

Oh really? After reading the above post, I also created my account on my own. I cannot display my existing PR application after creating the account myself, and I have not received my credentials (although I got the first PR confirmation email on May 31st). What can I do now
