How long does it take for credentials.. I sent my information on 31st May and still waiting for credentils.

In my case, I did not receive any confirmation portal email at all. We got a COPR pdf attachment asking us to send photographs to their address by mail. Is this normal? Have anyone else experienced the same?

COPR was on Feb 21st and the photographs were sent by mail on Feb 26th. No progress at all till now. When I called IRCC, all they have to say is that they couldn't find my application and probably my application hasn't started processing yet. What should I do now? I couldn't find any application to link on my gckey account too.

Hi @legalfalcon could you please share your thoughts on this? I did not get any portal email and instead I was asked to send the photos by mail with a copy of COPR. I have been waiting for 3 months now. is this usual or something to be concerned of?

Send a webform or call IRCC to know what is happening. Usually the PR card is delivered within 2-5 weeks at the most .

It’s been 9 days now since uploading of photos and address in the portal and no sign of eCOPR. People who uploaded both of those after May 28th have gotten their eCOPR. Don’t know what kind of order or procedure IRCC is following. This is all a mess and clusterf**k literally!

I feel you, 10 days for me. I don’t know how to occupy my mind in other things. Its already draining my energy.

I think it takes more than a week recently

Hi not yet. I made a mistake. i had to send it again last june 3rd because the first time i didn't hit reply instead I created a new email. Still waiting

Hello i did received pr portal and i replied new email and not on the email address on the letter because when I reply it does not work, is that ok?

Hello nylider, in the first email they have sent you, you can choose option A (combine as one file, contact 1 person only) or B (IRCC contact separately) if you have dependants. Single applicants will be Options A because you are the only applicant they will be kept in touch with.

Hello I did choose option A. My wife also received pr portal should she reply to the email also and send the information ask like name, uci, original date of entry and port of entry? I need your help thank you.
