I am not exactly sure. I have been checking the PR portal regularly but not the application status. Since I received the email and did not have my eCOPR for download, I went back to check the application and saw the application to be approved.

I'm getting "a technical error" message and can't log in since last Thursday.
I tried it with
- Mac+Chrome, safari, firefox and
- Window+Chrome
- Iphone
and didn't work at all.

Anybody has the same issue?
Maybe I need to raise webform?

Hey Buddy , I was having the same issue . I think there is something to do with the service provider of your internet or not sure but try on an another laptop with an another internet. It should work

In my case, my file was approved in November per GCMS. IRCC account still shows in progress. Then got PR confirmation portal in January.

Same here but still waiting for credentials since 1 week it’s so frustrating there is no response at all..

For me, I checked the CIC online status on Jan 4th, and it changed to DM. Then I got the portal email the very next day.

Hello. For me, nothing changed on CIC’s website. It still says background check is in progress and they are looking for eligibility.
But I received the email and the credentials to the portal.

Did you check ECAS? Decision Made can be confirmed at this site.

This is just for paper based applications, right? I applied online. I’m sorry I missed ECAS on your first post.
