You should contact CIC. I landed on June 2015, and yesterday I thought about calling them just to confirm that my PR status is actually activated, but the agent said that still my PR status is not activated. I called the boarder at which I have landed at, and they said I should go IN PERSON because they cannot give me any information by phone. So, I drive for one hour to discover that the agent did not complete the procedure on the computer and so it shows that I was there but I did not land! So, the boarder said I had to wait for the agent who dealt with my case, and I was lucky that her shift begin around the time I arrived. She comes in, completes everything (I hope), and apologies to me. She is such a nice lady and I didnt have any hard feelings against her to be honest, I genuinely accepted her apology, but what I was thinking is that the minute I come back I will post it on the forums here, so that people will contact CIC to confirm that their PR status is actually triggered.

Congratulation! You landed on April 18, then on which date you received your PR card? I am also worried now. I landed on May 19 and I will travel on Aug 11. I'm afraid the PR card will be late!

congratulation , i entered Canada in 20th of April and till now i did not receive it , my address is in Montreal Quebec , what is yours ??? and what is the issue date in your card !!!

Call CIC since now you're application is taking longer than the posted processing time. The agent might be able to make a request for you or look into your file.

I already called them , but they do not do anything not even take some data from you and do any system check , they just ask you when you entered and they said that i passed the 85 days and my Pr will come by mail within 2 weeks so after 2 weeks from the 85 days call us if you did not receive it.

My address is in Vancouver, B.C. I landed on April 18 and the issue date on my card is July 9 and I received the card on July 15. Hope you get yours soon!
Thanks shanchu for the response, btw what was the last update on your ECAS. In my case its still with the 5th line (5.You entered Canada at the Lester B Pearson International Airport, Terminal No. 1 office on April 25, 2015 and became a Permanent Resident) !!!
