Yes it is same what I said. We can't choose the office and it depends on luck.
It is not luck.... it depends on where you live.... the office assigned corresponds with your address..... maybe the luck it was when you choose where to live

Yes, that is true.... the envelope had a window to show the address in the letter. That address is in Sydney, but the envelope didn't have a seal nor a stamp.... it was a prepaid envelope, I am pretty sure that it came from my assigned office (Hamilton) because I got it within 2 days after I got the card approved on my GCKey account.
