I know that recently, Canada ends the visitor visa to apply work permit within the country. My question is I got my LMIA on August 27, 2025, I wasn’t able to process my work permit online since the policy wasn’t expected to end immdiately. Can I still go to the border to process my work permit? Thanks for your input.

We don't know. The answer to that isn't clear. If you try, let us know what happens

We have no idea how easily CBSA will give out WPs and you could also be given a departure order upon reentry to Canada so there are certainly risks.
