Get the foreign police certificate from now, what I read is you aren't required to have the Canadian one at the time of. application. Medical I'm not sure of either.
Ok I’ll try to get them, but if I miss this one for any reason can I use the same police certificate 6 months later when I’m eligible for CEC? I’m not planning to travel to home country by then.

Please see under "Date the certificate was issued". For country you currently live (Canada in this case) it needs to be less than 6 months, otherwise for the place you came from it doesn't (just can't live there past that issue date)
Hi members,
I am in doubts regarding the employment category. Is this stream for people who have the mentioned NOC jobs? I am working as part time associate in Walmart. I have all the other requirements related to IELTS, education, work permit etc. Considering my employment in Walmart as part time Ecommerce associate, am I eligible to apply?
Thank you for your guidance
Hi guys, I know there is not much detail available yet but still what are your opinions about this: I have an independent contractor contract with a company where I work project-based (hourly) do you think that will cover employment criteria. Independent contractor sounds like I am self-employed and they don't accept self-employment.
I'm starting soon as an independent contractor, and yes, I think we are not eligible. If you are giving invoices to the company (contractor), then you are self-employed. I am in the same situation however I managed to get into FSW pool with my TA/RA experience during studying.

That's why I actually think that the page will collapse when the streams open, but if users can't submit their application until they have all the documents ready, after the initial frenzy only applicants with all their documents in hand
I had already applied for it and translated the documents, medical exams are the next thing that’s going to fill up.
I was reading an article about the PGWP extension, and here's a quote:
"Graduates rely on the PGWP to obtain the work experience necessary to apply for a skilled worker immigration pathway; surveys suggest 60% of PGWP holders want to transition to permanent residence. According to IRCC, this new policy could benefit up to 52,000 graduates with expired or expiring PGWPs. Approximately 30,500 PGWP holders whose permits ended in 2020 are either processing their permanent residence applicants or have already become residents."
Looking at these numbers, 40,000 is a generous amount, since a good portion of current graduates are unemployed, have already applied for CEC, are eligible for the essential worker streams, don't have language/police documents, or simply don't want permanent residency. Oh and I'm assuming those in Quebec aren't eligible too?
I feel even upcoming winter semester graduates will get a chance for this.
I hope you’re right, if those applications fill slower than the dramatic “40k in a few hours” I’m anticipating a fast processing time as well, maybe similar to CEC?
I don't see why it would be faster than CEC so yeah I think it will be the same. Also, IRCC just sent out an email explaining the announcement. It says we should prepare if we qualify by booking a language test. We will receive more information about the program and how to apply once the pathway opens.

I only have a letter of completion, my bachelor degree will not be issued till' the convocation. Do I really need to have a degree or a letter is sufficient? Thanks for any inputs.
