I've only been following IMM 5491 as my checklist, I completely missed APPENDIX A thougheverything is pretty much the same (based on how i read everything) I only don't have a CENOMAR. Do I really need this? Doesnt this defeat the purpose of a marriage certificate?

ive asked the same question before, share ko lng what i learned. kapag nagrequest ka sa NSO, CENOMAR ang tawag. if your single, form#4 ang ibibigay syo, if married ka na form#5, un ung AOM.

when you request sa NSO same lng ung request form for Cenomar/AOM. When your single ypu get CENOMAR, when yout married you get ADVISORY OF MARRIAGE. .
