Hello all,

I will be moving to Canada around 13th July and will be living in Canada for a long term. Currently i dont have any rental history in Canada nor work history. I am a new immigrant moving to Canada. I don't want to sign long term lease, but most likely i will be living in Toronto surrounding for next 2-3 years. I lived near North York near Fiarview mall for a week and though i liked this area i didn't like the apartment i lived in. Can anybody suggest a place and type of home i can rent for short to long term, my preference is clean and tidy area which is less noisy. I have a car, so mobility is not a issue for me, i can live in suburbs 10-20 kms away from North York ( if it cost me less for renting). I will be living alone and i dont like pets around. internet + TV included in rent will be a plus.

Thanks for help.

Sanchi
