New IMM 5589 and Schedule A - Background / Declaration help

Hi I need some clarification on my checklist 5589 (06-2018) number 9. Schedule A form IMM 5669 it says IMPORTANT: each person must a) type their name in the signature box at the bottom b) validate the form c) print out the validated form, and d) sign it in writing.
its very clearly written if you don't do this your form will not be accepted.

Problem 1: I cant type anything into the signature box it just wont allow me to on the form.
Problem 2: There is NO validate button on this form.

Am I missing something?? please help

There is your problem, you are using a waaaayyyyyyy out of date IMM5669. The current version is 02-2018.
